● No Guarantees: While we strive to provide guidance and tools for success, we do not guarantee specific results. Your progress depends on your own effort and commitment.

All materials provided during coaching sessions, including but not limited to written resources, tools, and methods, are the intellectual property of 90 Day Accelerator. You may not copy, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without express written consent.
7. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information shared during coaching sessions. However, confidentiality may be broken if:
● Required by law (e.g., court orders or subpoenas).
● There is a threat of harm to yourself or others.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate Services if you:

● Exhibit abusive or inappropriate behavior.
● Fail to pay for Services as agreed.
If Services are terminated, any remaining sessions or payments will be handled as outlined in the refund policy.
